FULL PAPERS SUBMISSION

Each Author with an accepted Abstract is now invited to SUBMIT the FINAL FULL PAPER, within 10 March, 2024 20 April, 2024 according to the given Template.

Make sure that your File is in PDF Format and does not exceed 4 MB. A typical paper length is about 10-12 pages.

You will receive the Final acceptance of your Paper within 30 April, 2024. Within this date you will be contacted in case the reviewers request clarifications/ modifications/ changes to your Paper.

In order to include the Paper into the Scientific Program, at least one Author should be regularly registered to the Symposium by the Early Bird Registration deadline (10 May, 2024).

Each Participant is entitled to the presentation of 1 Paper ONLY.

All Full Papers will be collected on the Symposium website and on a USB pen.

After the Symposium a selection of the best Papers will be submitted to a Journal.

To SUBMIT the Full Paper please click on the button below. In the box “Full paper submission and status check”, on the right side of the page, enter with Username (Submitter’s Family Name) and the same PIN that you’ve received when you’ve submitted the Abstract.

In case of modifications on the Title, Author’s list or Affiliations, remember to modify not only the PDF file but also the correspondent fields on the platform.

PROCEEDINGS
Fully accepted papers will be collected in the Proceedings of the 15th International Symposium on Hazards, Prevention and Mitigation of Industrial Explosions, deposited on the Zenodo platform (https://zenodo.org/) and provided with DOI. Conference participants will receive the Proceedings in electronic format and the access to the file on the Zenodo platform will be open.
